    Hi, Iam new for Nagios, I Installed and Nagios and it’s Working to webpapge. I create Host and group also, Ayn Tool avaiable for GUI Based Create a Group and Host in Nagios Core.

      There is no GUI tool for Nagios Core to edit config files, NagiosXI has this features however it is licensed.
